These Terms govern your use of Music Prod Studio ("Service"). By creating an account or generating audio, you agree. Have qualified counsel review before public launch.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). If you are under 18, you may only use the Service with parental or guardian consent where required by law.
2. Your content & warranties
You retain rights you lawfully hold in beats, lyrics, and other materials you submit. You represent that you own or have obtained all rights, licenses, and permissions needed for us to host, process, and run AI generation on your uploads. You agree not to submit content you do not have rights to use.
3. License to operate the Service
You grant Music Prod Studio a limited license to store, transmit, process, and generate derivative audio strictly to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of your original beat files.
4. AI outputs
Outputs are machine-generated. We do not guarantee uniqueness, commercial viability, clearance, or non-infringement. You are responsible for how you use outputs and for clearing any third-party rights (including samples, likeness, and trademarks).
5. Prohibited uses
No infringement, harassment, illegal content, scraping to compete, attempt to bypass quotas, reverse engineering where prohibited, or impersonation. Violations may result in suspension or termination.
6. Repeat infringers
We may disable accounts that repeatedly violate others' intellectual property. See our DMCA policy for notices.
7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Music Prod Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages or lost profits. Certain jurisdictions do not allow some limitations; in those cases limits apply only to the extent allowed.
8. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify Music Prod Studio against claims arising from your uploads, your use of outputs, or breach of these Terms, subject to applicable law.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after posting changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
