Data we collect
Account data (email, name if provided), authentication events, uploaded audio and related metadata (file name, duration, settings you choose), AI outputs, billing contact with Stripe where applicable, and basic technical logs for security and debugging.
How we use data
Provide generation, authenticate users, meter credits, process payments, improve reliability, respond to lawful requests, and enforce our Acceptable Use and Terms.
Processors & third parties
We use infrastructure and vendors such as Supabase (database/auth/storage hosting), Stripe (payments), AI inference partners you trigger when generating, and analytics/hosting chosen for production. Their processing is governed by their terms and DPAs where applicable.
Retention & deletion
We retain data while your account is active and as needed for legal, security, and billing obligations. You may request deletion of personal data by emailing our contact on the DMCA page; we will respond subject to law and legitimate business needs.
Security
We use industry-standard practices, but no method is 100% secure. Protect your account credentials.
Children
The Service is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child provided data, contact us for removal.
Changes
